Michael is a brand strategist, TEDx Speaker and an event, media and storytelling maven, championing categories like apparel, footwear, watches, eyewear, accessories, and bicycles.
In various roles from Creative Director to CEO, Chief Marketing Officer to Chairman of the Board, his leadership has helped a varied list of brands and institutions like Spy Optic, Surfrider Foundation, adidas, Nixon, Ocean Pacific, Globe, 100%, and Surfing Magazine to name a few.
A frequent lecturer on Marketing, Branding & Culture, Michael enjoys learning from anyone who will share with him.

Jake has been creating photography and film for companies like Giant Bicycles, The Belgian Waffle Ride, Eliel Cycling apparel and many more for 15 years. Jake is a master at combining still photography, video, and close proximity FPV drone work to tell compelling stories for his clients.
When he is not working he is living the life his work embodies, on both two wheels and waves.

Art Director
Kris is a strategic creative who helps organizations align customer touch points with brand values. Kris creates user experiences that tell brand stories across multiple channels. Skilled practitioner of Sports Marketing, Advertising, Social Media Marketing, and Branding.
Kris has many creative abilities to surprise just about anyone. Outside of the studio, he can be found riding his bike, or taking pictures of other people riding their bikes.
